I bought a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Benz from this dealership, only to find out the “certification” basically meant they just changed the oil and slapped on the CPO label. The car had a bent wheel, no dealership, only to find out the “certification” basically meant they just changed the oil and slapped on the CPO label. The car had a bent wheel, no alignment was done, and none of the filters were replaced. Even worse, it had a very concerning whining noise right from the start. I dropped it off to get checked, and they told me it was “good to go.” Later, the tech admitted he never even took the car for a test drive, which is shockingly irresponsible and shows how little they actually care about customer safety or quality. Not only did I overpay for the vehicle itself, but the so-called CPO inspection was clearly worthless. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and will actively discourage anyone I know from buying here. Completely unacceptable and disappointing experience, would never buy here again. More
