Generally great experience but expensive. The service advisor...Mike... was accommodating and helpful and the work was completed fairly quickly .....but the Hourly Rate was too high. Excellent Service Representative My service agent, Michael Iafanti, is the best service rep I’ve ever had at any dealership. He goes out of his way to make sure that my concerns are a My service agent, Michael Iafanti, is the best service rep I’ve ever had at any dealership. He goes out of his way to make sure that my concerns are all addressed and he keeps me abreast of the situation with my car while it’s there. Although I don’t always ask for a loaner, whenever I need a loaner, he manages to supply me with one. He’s a great service rep and I really appreciate him! My ONLY COMPLAINT is the crazy amount you charged for my transmission fluid! I looked it up and it could be changed (by a professional) for half of what you charged! I realize my car is expensive to work on. But transmission fluid is NOT as expensive as you guys represent it to be. I checked more than one website hoping to find that my car’s transmission fluid has gold in it or SOMETHING to justify the price Michael quoted me on the phone. But alas, it’s just transmission fluid. Nothing special about it. Nothing to justify the outrageous price you guys charged me. So I’m disappointed with my service department for this reason, Other than that, I love you guys! More
