This past week we were vacationing in Florida after attending the Barrett Jackson Auction in West Palm Beach. While returning from the Florida Keys, my wife and I visited Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beac attending the Barrett Jackson Auction in West Palm Beach. While returning from the Florida Keys, my wife and I visited Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach where we were greeted by Lee Grasso. He spent a considerable amount of time with us and treated my wife as an equal. Lee was extremely knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and proposed a competitive price to us for a Mercedes E550C my wife really liked. We slept on the deal overnight and purchased the automobile the next morning. It was refreshing to find a professional sales person that did not use the pressure closing statement, “What can we do to earn your business?”, used by snake-oil sales people in other dealerships. As we all know, we have entered a time where everything from ball point pens to cars are purchased on the internet without any human interaction. Lee spent time building a relationship with us, which certainly helped close the deal. More

This is my second Mercedes I have purchased from your dealership. The 2004 I had serviced in Maitland, this is the first service I have done at your dealership on my 2012. Chris asked Dale to look at my broken window regulator. Even though Dale was unable to repair the window, he replaced a resistor which prevented my AC from working properly and recommended a light housing Even though Dale was unable to repair the window, he replaced a resistor which prevented my AC from working properly and recommended a light housing for my broken brake light. Walked in and was greeted at the front desk and receptionist was friendly and handed us a couple of waters and a salesman came to us. We told him what we were looking for in the used cars. The overall experience with this dealership is excellent. I went into the deal with the thought in mind to end up with something that appears fair to me and the dealership. The dealership had the same concept and attitude in mind. We were both on the same page. Our salesman, Andrei, was a thorough professional; honest, told you the way it is, friendly, courteous, and helpful in all manners needed. The General Manager, Bill Smith, was all business, and his attitude was to perfect a deal fair to all parties concerned. He did. Then, the last guy to see in any transaction is the finance dude. To me this is the spot where a deal can become untied, all parties get up, and walk out. Tim Dalzell, Finance Director, made sure this didn't happen; very courteous, competent, explained everything, answered all questions, and in all fairness "sealed the deal." This is my first experience with a Mercedes dealership. I would go back to this dealer in a flash, and I would recommend others to experience them. More
