I was pleasantly surprised at my car buying experience. Joe was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I ended up buying a different vehicle then anticipated and I'm very happy with Joe was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Mercedes of Daytona was fantastic to work with. I spent a lot of time trying to find a ml 350 with the my color selection. Roger had showed us a couple of cars earlier in the year when we stopped in on a whim to check out a CPO SL550. We weren't ready to buy at the time, but let him know one of our vehicles had a lease coming d when we stopped in on a whim to check out a CPO SL550. We weren't ready to buy at the time, but let him know one of our vehicles had a lease coming due in August. He asked if we minded if he contacted us periodically if one came in. We agreed and he contacted us last week to let us know one was in. My wife took the time to go online and check it out and search your additional CPO stock. That is when we came across the C300 we ultimately purchased. She loves the SL550, but it is out of our price range at this time. She called him to ask if he would be in that Saturday. It was his day off and he offered to meet us at the dealer anyway. Roger was the perfect salesman. Not pushy, informative, accommodating, and very pleasant to deal with overall. We had a great experience and hope this is a start of a long relationship with Mercedes of Daytona and Roger. More

The car is beautiful! I really wanted to have the navigation system. Thought it had one. Didn't discover that it didn't until I went to pick up the car. That is disappointing. I recently purchased an E550. Sadly it had to go in for service 2 days after purchase. Pat Buckley was extremely helpful, kind and eager to please. I got my car back 3 days later and after having it 2 da service 2 days after purchase. Pat Buckley was extremely helpful, kind and eager to please. I got my car back 3 days later and after having it 2 days again it needed to go back for service. Again, Pat was very kind and assured me that they will take care of the issues and for me not to worry. He stayed in contact with me everyday keeping me current on the status of the repairs. I felt like he truly cared about me and making sure that I'm happy and confident that Mercedes Benz will make sure my new purchase was a sound decision. Pat needs to be cloned, he is awesome!!!! More
