The delivery driver was super nice and Erik handled my car with care and I appreciate that. My service advisor Metry was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He called often to update me on the service status. The tech was amazing by providing me a video of my car being serviced and explained what was done and condition of my car. They are absolutely the best and they sure provided me with a 5 star service. Thank you so much! I will be back on my next service! More

I was very disappoiinted with the moisture in my front headlight which the dealer knew about and rather than being proffessional and taking care of it they left it for me the customer to have to pay for a headlight which the dealer knew about and rather than being proffessional and taking care of it they left it for me the customer to have to pay for a new headlight assembley and quite possibly the installation of the headlight.Sam was very good at answering all my questions, but as I pointed out earlier leaving the headlight full of moisture seems to be pretty petty for a Mercedes dealer. More
