Garbage customer service within the service department. Car sat at the dealership for two weeks. They refused to fix my car even though it was under warranty AND mbusa sent the shop foreman instructions. I Car sat at the dealership for two weeks. My experience at Daytona Mercedes Benz was everything expected for the servicing of my luxury auto. This is not always expected, but because the location of where noise was being emitted and how it was remedied was very re-assuring. More
