Everyone was really nice and polite. I enjoyed the snacks, coffee, and water. My only complaints are that I waited for 3 hours and they misplaced my key fob for about 5 minutes. I was there to get an alignment which I don’t think is supposed to take that long. I had an appointment. The service department was very busy so I understand these couple things.
