While I appreciate the things done to fix the car, I felt the experience was not the experience everyone told me it would be. My car was listed online as ‘Certified’ only to discover after I purchased and no the experience was not the experience everyone told me it would be. My car was listed online as ‘Certified’ only to discover after I purchased and noticed two tires were low on tread and my wipers needed change that it’s not certified. The dealership did fix these issues, however I dropped my car off to have it all fixed to learn 4 hours after the fact they didn’t have my tires in and would have to return another day. Yesterday I discovered a ‘Certified’ sticker on the inside of my driver door so I do believe the car should have been certified. Just seems the details were overlooked on a few initial issues. More
