Everyone was really nice and polite. I enjoyed the snacks, coffee, and water. My only complaints are that I waited for 3 hours and they misplaced my key fob for about 5 minutes. I was there to get an alignment which I don’t think is supposed to take that long. I had an appointment. The service department was very busy so I understand these couple things. MB Daytona is the best dealer we’ve ever worked with, across all models of cars. Our service advisor (Mike Iafanti) is who made us fall in love with the dealership, and as a result we purchased our secon across all models of cars.
