Purchased a 2007 BMW z4. Love the car so far. Many compliments from friends. Excellent condition. Good value. The dealership is beautifully laid out and the overall atmosphere is one of quality and class. Our only complaint was that it took over two hours to actually finalize the deal with the finance folks, even though we were paying cash and no qualifying was necessary. In addition, when we finally did get into the fiance office to sign the stack of forms required, the closing paperwork was incorrect, charging us the sticker price which was hundreds of dollars more than the negotiated price--an error that was corrected but could have slipped past me if I hadn't read the document carefully. Otherwise, good experience and good deal. More
Gabby (Service writer) was easy to work with, and car was finished with service-B as promised. Only issue was loaner (base model GLC) was signed out to me as 1/2 tank of gas, and it was actually less than finished with service-B as promised. Only issue was loaner (base model GLC) was signed out to me as 1/2 tank of gas, and it was actually less than 1/4. Fortunately I only drove about 60 miles that day, but did return it with the low fuel light on. I would have also liked the option to try or have been offered a different class car. Been thinking about upgrading from my 2019 E450/4-matic to possibly an S-class. Maybe next time.... More
