The employees were extremely well mannered, and eager to help. Nick gave his undivided attention and we were confident he would get the job done. It was warrenty work on our sprinter RV. We called Nick and he helped us out. When we tried several atemps he prescribed, and nothing worked. he assured us we could get it back to Mercedes. He was waiting for us when we arrived. He imediatly took the vehicle to diagnostics and found the problem. He had it fixed the same day he got the parts, and we were on our way again. VERY IMPRESSIVE. More
