I am from out-of-state and purchased a used GL450 from here. MB of Daytona Beach had done their "multi-point" inspection and I felt confident about purchasing based on their reputation/expertise. However, upon receipt, I took it a local dealership because of a "burning smell" issue as well as suspension noises and stiffness. I endured over $3,000 of repairs and need another $2,000 of repairs that "should have been taken care of prior to sale". I sent the invoice of the repairs and recommendations to MB of Daytona Beach, followed up, but still never heard back. Possibly should be a one-star rating except the people there are very friendly when you can reach them. . . More

The purchase experience 5 years ago was superb; and even after we had signed the papers, the finance manager called us to let us know they could get us a lesser finance rate and we went back to rewrite the documents. With the $500 cash back, it amounted to 0% financing on the vehicle. Great waiting area; the service area which you can see behind the big glass window is spic and span. We get a free car wash whenever we want to; including vacuum, and hand wash because of the convertible. If anything is not just right, Metry immediately remedies it. We love this dealership. More
