August was wonderful. He sent me an email to let me know that he had just joined the Daytona team. So I contacted him and told him that I was interested in a small SUV. We arranged to meet up the next day and were able to work together where I traded my vehicle in and left with a new 2025 SUV Mercedes in a just a few hours. I left with everything I needed to include a registration, tag, updated insurance and additional maintenance contract. Working with the financial services was also a good experience. Steven explained all the available options and cost and assisted me in obtaining the contracts I selected. Joe in the service department did an outstanding job of appraising the value of my Mercedes. I will use the service department for all my regular scheduled services just as I did for my previous vehicle.
