An extra lease payment was made by mistake on my leased GLC right before termination. When Mercedes Daytona grounded my vehicle and terminated my lease, my extra payment turned into a credit to Mercedes Da GLC right before termination. When Mercedes Daytona grounded my vehicle and terminated my lease, my extra payment turned into a credit to Mercedes Daytona which lowered the price the dealership paid Mercedes Financial to purchase my end of lease vehicle for them to resell. Mercedes Daytona has informed me they will not be responsible to return my extra lease payment to me so I am out the over $1,000 payment. On the same day I purchased a 2024 GLC from them. I did not find out the issue until days later when I called Mercedes Financial asking them where my refund was from my additional payment. More
