One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had Had my vehicle for 7 weeks 30 miles down the road check engine light on because the wires the spliced had melted BTW my repairs were 20K 7weeks 20K was vehicle for 7 weeks 30 miles down the road check engine light on because the wires the spliced had melted BTW my repairs were 20K 7weeks 20K wasn’t enough to get it right I guess!!! Garbage customer service within the service department. Car sat at the dealership for two weeks. They refused to fix my car even though it was under warranty AND mbusa sent the shop foreman instructions. I Car sat at the dealership for two weeks. Much better service and my car is actually fixed. Steer clear of Daytona Mercedes. Only reason they get two stars is because they gave me a loaner. More
