Joe in the service department goes above and beyond. My car was a true lemon and the Mercedes dealer that I bought it from (Euromotorcars Germantown MD) did NOTHING to help. Joe stepped in and basically rebuilt the car and addresses every single issue that I had, and made me feel important again. I am on my 10th Mercedes (either leased or purchased from the above dealership) and even with that amount of business Joe is the only person that made me feel that I was valued by Mercedes Benz.
