Vehicle had to be towed to dealer. Root cause was software update needed which was causing issues with acceleration. I was told I would be put in a rental vehicle, however, I was told at 4:30 PM and by the time I picked up the car rental, the facility would be closed. As a result, I miss my son’s appointment as well. More
