Best Mercedes-Benz service experience ever! I am very particular about the service of my Mercedes-Benz vehicles. I live south of Orlando, FL and tried all three dealerships in the Orlando area I am very particular about the service of my Mercedes-Benz vehicles. I live south of Orlando, FL and tried all three dealerships in the Orlando area - Garbage! I made a call to Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach and instantly knew this was the place for me after speaking with the Service Manager, Dan Barber. He paired me up with an amazing Service Advisor, Joe Drewes, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated during each phase of my service visit. Absolute beautiful dealership, brand new loaner car fleet... the list goes on and on. Certainly worth the 1.5 hour drive from my house for service. I would drive 3 hours to get this level of service. Not 5 star rating, 10 stars! Wish all Mercedes dealers could model themselves off Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach! More

Joe Drewes is always great. Joe Drewes is just a great person to work with and everyone there is friendly. Had my annual service done and got new tires. Smooth process as usual. Joe Drewes is just a great person to work with and everyone there is friendly. Had my annual service done and got new tires. Smooth process as usual. I have gotten tires for both of my cars there. Their prices are within a few dollars of online sites or other tire stores so it is much easier just to do it all at one location. They also seem to do a better job of balancing and alignment than other tire shops I've used and they don't scratch the rims. Always a friendly process. More
