The employees I dealt with we're decent but apparently overwhelmed as a bunch of the staff - both sales & finance had resigned the day before. I love the car, but nothing was really explained to me as far as updates in operating the vehicle and no owner's manual; however, I had owned a similar car that was 8 years older. I had to show a better quote from another dealer on my trade-in to get the additional 1k match. Then I had to wait for two hours in the lobby after passing all credit and endorsing all paperwork for the finance department and I was paying cash. I almost walked as the service was really not as even close to my prior other dealership experiences. I had to wait far too long to pay for my car! Lastly, floor mats were not cleaned when I left with the vehicle. Overall other than the purchased vehicle I was not that impressed. More

Copy Looking to trade my 2017 GLE 350 on a newer model, I spoke with Richard Bowyer about the trade in and he put me in touch with Mark McGinnis in sales. Complicating matters. I live in Eagle County and the delightful storms delayed my getting to the dealership/ When I was able to get there Mark had a GLE 450 picked out for me and it seemed a perfect fit. We completed the transaction which included my dealing with the Parts and Service departments to get winter tires installed. Everyone was very accommodating and the transaction was enjoyable rather than stressful. I had started dealing with the Service Department when I moved from out of state to Eagle County and have always been very happy with the service provided; satisfied enough that I went there to have winter tires put on last fall. Mercedes-Benz of Denver epitomizes best practices throughout its operations and I highly recommend them. I am really very pleased with my GLE 450, a feeling enhanced by great dealer support. More
