Salesman and managers where very apathetic concerning the mechanical break down of a used vehicle I purchased from them 3 weeks prior. When requesting a copy of their vehicle inspection, carfax, and a new se mechanical break down of a used vehicle I purchased from them 3 weeks prior. When requesting a copy of their vehicle inspection, carfax, and a new set of dealership plates as vehicle was in the shop, they declined. While I understand I signed an AS IS CONTRACT I felt they could have been more supportive in supplying me the documents needed to recover my loss via warranty and insurance. This happened in July on 2025, and vehicle is still in the shop as of now. This whole experience has been a nightmare while I continue to make payments on a vehicle I cannot use. More
This dealership caused over $4000 damage to my new car while in their possession in the service department. Upon pick up I immediately pointed it out to service manager named Chris Jarrach who proceeded t while in their possession in the service department. Upon pick up I immediately pointed it out to service manager named Chris Jarrach who proceeded to tell me he can have it detailed and buff out the scratches but that he is unwilling to have it properly fixed and it needs a paint correction. He became argumentative and I decided to contact the general manager “Emily Caldwell” who never returned my call and just sent a condescending email basically saying the same thing as Chris and never bothered to called me back or invite me in to look at the car. She also made a snide comment about my behavior which I do not appreciate as I have been very professional. They are refusing to properly repair the damage here and act like they are having adult temper tantrums when I try to resolve this with them. I even gave them an estimate from a professional body shop. They just blame me and are adamant that their car wash didn’t do the damage. I told them it looks like it happened during a car wash because there was a white residue with swirl marks all over the car with scratches going with the swirl marks. They did not handle my car with care at all while in their possession. The most unprofessional shady encounter I’ve ever experienced with a dealership. More

Finance and sales played the cat and mouse game. Very helpful and professional sales people, and service desk. We came up to this dealer to test drive a vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle was very dirty and unbecoming of a Mercedes. Additionally, the vehicle had many more miles than was advertised. So we did not buy that vehicle. However, we found another similar vehicle at another dealership out of state and within the dealers network so we bought it. The vehicle we received is in great condition and better than expected. So all in all that was about average. Had the vehicle we originally looked at then in the condition that was advertised we would be given five stars. However, the vehicle was in poor condition. The one we purchased is great. More
