I was extremely frustrated by our inability to determine why the car would not start on very cold mornings (temperatures below 21 degrees). The greatest problem was that sometimes the car would start and so why the car would not start on very cold mornings (temperatures below 21 degrees). The greatest problem was that sometimes the car would start and sometimes it wouldn't and we struggled to find out why. However, that is not the problem with the dealership, but rather with the difficulty in diagnosing the cause of the problem from the information available to them. I did purchase a new key and that made no difference. Then the agency offered me a loaner SmartCar, that was brand new (45 miles) and very fuel efficient, while they worked on the problem. We still are not sure if the new starter, which they subsequently installed, works because the temperatures have risen to 35 to 45 degrees in the mornings. However, I have every confidence that they will continue to work with me until the problem, if not currently, will be resolved. We are now waiting on the arrival of a new part (manufactured in Germany) to replace the right front lifter/stabilizer, which they found was leaking. (It was previously repaired at 50,000miles but is now, at 60,000miles, leaking again..) I have great confidence in both Chris and Taylor, the Service Representatives at the Mercedes-Benz of Lindon dealership, who have helped me work through this and other problems encountered. More

We had a good experience. A loaner car was brought over to us and our Mercedes was ready for us the same afternoon. Jesse arranged all of it and everything worked out very well. He was very professional and timely with responses to my many requests. After two days of conversation, I flew to Salt Lake City and purchased the car. Everything was as advertised. No high pressure or extra add-ons. A quick test drive and complete the usual paperwork. I was in and out of the dealership in 2.5 hours. The service was exemplary. They picked me up from the airport, had the car in pristine condition, filled the tank with gas after the test drive, went over all operations of the vehicle. I was very impressed with all aspects of the sale. I'd recommend this dealership and Jesse Green without reservation. More

This dealership was great to deal with. They were patient in completing an out of town deal. They waited for me to be able to get there from Las Vegas and didn't sell the car from under me. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. Steve Ward helped me the first time I went in and was SO kind. He answered every question I had (no matter how stupid it seemed), let me test drive a couple cars, and made me feel very welcome. I ended up leaving empty handed the first day due to my own doubts. I came back the following week, again was greeted by Steve, and started the process of purchasing my 2009 white C-300 with only 13,000 miles on it, for an absolutely amazing price. Being a first time car buyer, the process of getting approved for a loan through local banks was lengthy. The finance guy (also named Steve) didn't even get flustered by tracking down a bank to approve my loan. I was more than comfortable waiting and actually enjoyed myself while all the paperwork was sorted out. He explained in detail the warrantee options I had and I felt very comfortable in adding that to the package. That same night, I was driving my dream car. Long story short, I was rear ended 2 days later. Within 24 hours of the accident, Steve Ward sent me a personal e-mail letting me know that if I needed anything he would be more than willing to help. I was floored that someone who spent less than 4 hours with me really cared to that extent. Larry H. Miller Mercedes Benz of Lindon has absolutely exceptional employees. We got an awesome rate with Mercedes finance and there were no hidden surprises with the finance paperwork that often happens with a car purchase. Steve even came to our home to pick up our car and left us a loaner so he could get the plate put on it and even had it detailed for us! We have enjoyed excellent service at this dealership and would highly recommend Steve Ward if you want a hassle free car purchase!
