Saved my trip! I needed to get in for a diagnostic for an unsettling engine issue and a regular service after a trip to Denver and before another long Drive to Calif I needed to get in for a diagnostic for an unsettling engine issue and a regular service after a trip to Denver and before another long Drive to California in the same week. They understood the problem and got me in right away, diagnosed the engine issue and did my regular service as well in time for my trip. They did not give me excuses about how busy they were and to "please schedule at least a week out when I have a problem" like the "other" dealership did. I was scheduled for the next day. Thank so much! Everything is running great. This is where I will have my car taken care of from now on. More
Got us in quick and did what they promised We needed a new key for our Mercedes. Will in Parts ordered it and we got to the dealer in Lindon. Great experience for first time service appointment I received a recall notice regarding the tail lights on my Mercedes C300. Coincidentally, my dash lit up like a Christmas tree warning about my turn, I received a recall notice regarding the tail lights on my Mercedes C300. Coincidentally, my dash lit up like a Christmas tree warning about my turn, brake and side markers. I made an appointment and they got me in the next day. They fixed the recall issue and found a second recall issue that hadn't be taken care of, so fixed that too. They even washed my car before they gave me a little kiss and sent me on my way. While I waited there were snacks and the soccer playoffs on TV while I sat in a comfortable leather seat. What a great experience and great service people. More
