I came to look at a new car, most often dealerships don’t take me seriously because of my age. We went in to look at a car while still using a different salesman. Despite the outlook of a no commission sale, Jesse took all the time in the world with us and made sure we were comfortable and had a "Mer salesman. Well, the other salesman was unable to make the deal happen and set us loose and we continued to receive the same service and patient support from everyone at the dealership we ran across. They truly made what can be an excruciating experience a positive one. They even sent a video of the whole crew singing happy birthday to my Mom whom the car was for. After being buying a lemon with an engine that blew in three months and undisclosed frame damage from Ken Garff Nissan in Salt Lake, and they being unwilling to give me any sort of break on buying a car t three months and undisclosed frame damage from Ken Garff Nissan in Salt Lake, and they being unwilling to give me any sort of break on buying a car to replace that lemon (They also lied to me repeatedly in financing and I will NEVER work with those guys again), I was very apprehensive about buying from a dealership ever again. But Mercedes Benz of Lindon had the used Lexus I wanted. What a different and great experience I had there! Paul was patient with us, and Steve was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. We got a great deal on a perfect used vehicle. I would buy there again! You have to be so careful when buying cars these days, and I trust Steve and Paul at Mercedes of Lindon. More

Upon arrival at the dealership I fully expected the deal to change and for the dealership to de-value my trade and attempt to try to push us into using their fianace etc. I was pleasantly suprised when Jesse (our salesman) not only stood behind everything that we were quoted over the phone, but also gave us some additional consideration that we had not negotiated. The way that Jesse treated us was absolutely exemplary, and I have already used his professionalism as the basis for one of my own sales meetings with my employees. Thank you Jesse. I will definately look you up the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle. More

As a preface to my review, the company heard of our concern with the misunderstandings that happened during our experience at their business. This review is based on an entire sales process with them on Oct 26, 2011 and several phone calls on Oct 25, 2011. Oct 25, 2011 I inquired about the Smart fortwo listed on their website and on autotrader.com for $11,740. Steve thought the car was sold last week and that I could ask Paul the following day next day in person, as Paul was the one who sold it. Oct 26, 2011 Noted car was still on their site and autotrader.com. I brought in same day print offs showing this, complete with vin number of the car. Paul said he sold it about one month ago and has been trying to get the company to remove it. He was concerned and told another about this. This other person responded that a third party company controls their listings and they have no control over it. We decided to try the next similar car for 13k. This car suited us well and we decided we may buy it. They were unable to provide in price matching or warranty extension compensation for not having the car still listed as in stock. I had filled out the credit information forms for both of us the previous night. We were informed their computers crashed overnight and they lost our information. After approval we looked over the pricing paperwork and noted that the price was higher than quoted. Paul was surprised and returning with a price that was nearly correct--this time only about $50 more than originally quoted. Paul informed us that his boss was dyslexic. This new paper did not reflect the trade in value I was quoted. He left and came back again with the accurate trade in value. We bought our first Mercedes from Steve while he was at Ken Garff. When we were ready to purchase another new vehicle we went back to Ken Garff and Steve was no longer working there. He was not willing to answer our questions and made us feel like we were bothering him. We had such a good experience with our first purchase from Steve we decided to go out of our way to purchase our new car from him at the Larry Miller dealership in Lindon. It was well worth the extra 40 minute drive. We purchased a new Mercedes and had another great experience. When it is time to purchase again we will return to Larry Miller Mercedes in Lindon. More

Steve helped me along with my 86 year old mother to find a smart car that she wanted. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about smart cars and helped us understand the overall concept behind the car, the mec a smart car that she wanted. We were working over the internet to review inventory and talking directly to Steve on the phone and via e-mail to futher refine our options since we were almost 400 miles away in Boise, Idaho. After settling on specific car - 2008 Smart Passion/Cabriolet - we flew to Salt Lake City where Steve picked us up at the airport and drove us to the dealer in Lindon, Utah (about 40 miles south of the airport). Steve gave us a thorough hands-on introduction to the car and we finalized the purchase before heading north on our return trip to Boise. Steve was well versed in his product, helpful in finalizing the purchase, and exceptionally enjoyable to work with! More
