Lu in parts was exceptionally helpful to me. I was traveling out of town when a car wash employee broke a part inside my car while vacuuming. I called Lu in parts at my dealership in Lindon, Utah for help in regard to part number and locating a dealership in Newport, CA that could repair my car. Even though she was not going to make an money on this transaction she was very helpful in assisting me and advising me on costs expenses. In addition, she texted me from her personal cell phone the part number and the address & phone number of the Fletcher-Jones Dealer in Newport. Lu spent a lot of time with me on the phone and even allowed me to send pictures of the damaged part from my cell phone to her cell phone to make sure she was locating the correct part for replacement. Because of her assistance, I contacted Fletcher Jones who had the part in stock and a Service/Tech Support Advisor at Fletcher Jones actually replaced the part for me while I was paying for the part in the Parts Department. When I returned to my car the part was already replaced and installed, I asked how much I owed for labor and the Fletcher-Jones Advisor said their would be no charge. I was very grateful for Lu's help in Lindon and for Fletcher-Jones assistance not even charging me for installing the replacement part. In fact, Lu mentioned that the service department in Lindon said it would cost approximately $25 for Labor. Lu told me it would take less time than a wiper blade to replace. When Fletcher-Jones said it would be no charge I was excited. By the way, the part number is 22168003198L53. We purchased a 2011 E-350 Sport Bluetec that is a technological wonder that gets up to 40mpg on the highway. Since Steve moved to Mercedes of Lindon the entire process from ordering to delivery was flawless when compared to the past purchases from Ken Garff which was like a wrestling match. Steve Zitting was outstanding. He had my new car waiting for me, took a quick look and had everything done with the financing in a snap. My new car was perfectly cleaned and ready to go. He completely explained everything on the car to me althought this car is so amazing I think I forgot some of the things it can do. I have purchased all of my Mercedes from Steve since the 90's. I will not buy a car from anyone or any other dealer. I will recommend Mercedes-Benz of Lindon and Steve Zitting as a great alternative to Ken Garff Mercedes-Benz in Salt Lake City, to everyone I know, the combination is simply the best!!! I was so impressed that I sent a friend down who was in the market for a new vehicle. He purchased an E Class vehicle on the first visit. This wasn't my first visit to this dealership. I use these guys for all my service needs. I have dealt with Lou Fullmer since the beginning. I decided to go on this site because I do not feel the surve these guys for all my service needs. I have dealt with Lou Fullmer since the beginning. I decided to go on this site because I do not feel the surveys do this person justice. She(Lou)goes far beyond the call of duty for anyone who walks thru their door. She is a very extraordinary person. She was great to accomodate my impossible schedule, and they get me in and out in a very timely manner. Lou keeps me informed throughout the process. (Even after their normal business hours.) I really can't say enough good about her, and I can only imagine what a great asset she is to the company.
