I having been purchasing vehicles from Crown since 2012 and this purchase, I ordered a GLC 350e, was one of my best experiences! Ken Stuart does an excellent job, he took his time showing us all the new t and this purchase, I ordered a GLC 350e, was one of my best experiences! Ken Stuart does an excellent job, he took his time showing us all the new technology, making sure we were comfortable and knew all to work our new vehicle! He has a great personality and makes the stress of a car purchase enjoyable!! Unfortunately, I got a flat tire today. I called Tyler Hills at Mercedes and without any delay, he said to come right in and he would check it out. Because I was heading home to get my kids I called Tyler Hills at Mercedes and without any delay, he said to come right in and he would check it out. Because I was heading home to get my kids off of the bus, and then on to their respective sports, he told me to take a loaner and he would take it from there. I was in and out in 14 minutes… that has to be a record of some sort. Tyler Hills also knew that I had to travel the next day, and while I could have easily used the courtesy car to get to the airport, he knew my mind would be at ease if it were my own and that this was taken care of.. my tire was fixed in under two hours and I was back to normal as if it never happened. Tyler Hills always values my time, ensures my questions are answered, and my priorities are met. I never feel like a number, but rather the loyal customer that I am. Because of Tyler Hills, and the service and hospitality across the entire Mercedes Team, I will never go anywhere else. More
