Towed my E63 in and turned out to have internal damage to one of the cylinder heads. They were able to walk me back into the shop and visually show me the damage. I was amazed by the cleanliness of thei one of the cylinder heads. They were able to walk me back into the shop and visually show me the damage. I was amazed by the cleanliness of their shop, and the assortment of specialty tools they have! The Central Diagnostic Technician took my project head on, and worked with me to rebuild the cylinder head. He even advised me on a common issue that would only require a few extra parts(no additional labor) to address while he was working in the area. Thanks to that i potentially saved a few thousand dollars down the road. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Durham! More
