We are not regular customers of this dealership but they treated us as if we purchase cars from them every year. From the receptionists who spoke so kindly to us when we called and gave our dogs water when we arrived to the service writer, Seth, who immediately intuited the issue, to the mechanic, Dennis, who stayed on the issue to insure we could safely continue our journey- all of the staff were conscientious and professional. They delivered service with the utmost friendliness showing an understanding and concern for our predicament. Everyone wore masks which we appreciated very much. I have been told there is no loaner car and it will take 3 hrs. Unfortunately it took over 4 hours. Also, Jeff recommend to rotate the tires and make the balance for the tires. at the end, they did not rot 3 hrs. Unfortunately it took over 4 hours. Everyone especially John, my service manager was very accommodating. He assured me that I would have no longer than a two hour wait and that happened. I am an out-of-state buyer and Jim was fantastic to work with!
