I arrived hone from vacation to my car window being smashed out while it was in my “secure community” parking garage. After being in a holding pattern with insurance, window glass shops, and Mercedes San Diego for 5 hours and making no progress whatsoever I called Mercedes El Cajon to get a simple question (I had been on hold with Mercedes San Diego for nearly 45 minutes to get the same question answered). The phone rang twice twice and was answered by a gentleman named Christian. I asked him my question and explained the situation. He got me scheduled to come into the service department within 20 minutes to get everything fixed. They allowed me to use a rental car while service advisor Jonathan patiently went back and forth with my insurance to get the damage covered. When I went back to pick up my car they completed a complimentary full detail of it. Mercedes Benz El Cajon will be my new dealership as they far exceeded any expectations I had. Thank you! More

I told them the options and colors I wanted and they were able to track the car down and have the car for me at the dealership the next morning (I care in at 7 pm the night prior so this was very impressive). I love my car and I got it for an amazing price. Not only is my sales experience great but I come in often because they wash my car for free and everyone is so friendly and greets buy by name! Makes you really feel appreciated, love the fact that it’s a family business! More

They ignored me when I showed up, when I asked a salesman for help, he said he was busy. So I tried MB El Cajon, they greeted me with a smile right when I walked in the door. The vibe was positive, and store is awesome, so impressed for El Cajon! I bought a GLE from them and it was a breeze every step of the way. Thanks to Bryce and Rob for making this so easy, Mercedes El Cajon is the place to go! More

In the moment of signing papers the finance director rushed through the paperwork and did not say that I had to pay 2k of downpayment with them. She said you deal that with your bank. So I did as I was told, after a week of having my new car she calls and threatens that I owe 2k after I had told her that I gave that money to my bank and 2 checks were made that totaled the total cost of the car. After her and the manager threatened to send me to collections and gave me the ultimatum to pay or return the car, I returned the car and canceled the contract. Throughout all this, the finance director was very unprofessional and rude, perhaps because I was young and buying a Mercedes she didn’t think I could afford. I am very unsatified with the classism and rudeness I received at this dealership from these people. More
Dangerously inept Went in to check low tire and they sent me on my way saying it was repaired. Oh! They forgot to take the NAIL out. Unconscionable and unacceptable. After deciding on a specific model One of the best car buying experiences I have had to date. I've been in the market for a new MB since Thanksgiving. After deciding on a specific model and color (black GLC43 coupe), I contacted at least 8 MB dealerships within a 500 radius from me (S.F.). Some did not reply and the ones that did respond, did not reflect the MB brand. I had a fantastic experience with my salesman, Ray Cordero and the lovely Olivia Alvarado in the financing department. I contacted Ray via email initially and after going back and forth a few days, we penciled out a deal that was equal if not better then the discount offered by any other MB dealer I was previously in contact. Being in sales myself, I know what it's like to be on the other end of the transaction. I was not the easiest customer to deal with but they remained patient with me from start to finish. They were the most professional individuals I came across and made the car purchasing/leasing experience a breeze. I drove down nearly 500 miles from the Bay Area to exchange my 2015 lease, signed a few documents and was out the door with my shiny new car, freshly detailed and with a full tank to get me back home. No games, no BS, no upselling. More
