Lack of good customer service I braught in my car foe windshield calibration, once complete they gave me no paperwork on what was performed on my car and result sheet. He is arrogant and forgetful. And his service mechanic stood me up when he was supposed to come by to listen to my car make a noise that I actually recorded for them but they couldn't find it. So they committed to coming by my house and he never showed up. I also asked to have a new service manager assigned to me. I am sorry I bought this car. Now there are rattles in the dashboard but I am afraid to take it back because I have no confidence that it will be fixed....and I still have my original problem with the doorbell noise. Terrible place for a Mercedes Benz dealership. No class!! More

Lower Your Service Prices Some people would think a Mercedes is a special car and it is. Built to last and no corner cutting by the factory. However, there is no reason to charge almost $300 for a Schedule A service, which is basically just an oil change. I can get that done almost any where for $50 or so. I'm not going to pay for Von Housen's show room expansion. He makes enough money for that with selling his vehicles. Service should be just that and not a revenue stream for funding your sales...
