Brought the car in for a safety recall which was to take about 30 minutes. My usual service rep Don was busy, so Daniel Clark took over. I specifically asked if the tire pressure could be checked while the car was being serviced, and was told it would be done as part of the service. When I left, the sensor indicated the tires were low. The entire process took nearly an hour and a half.

Service department was great. I didn’t qualify for a loaner car and had errands to run and they gave me one anyway. Great customer service!!
