Yes and no Follow up on issues was fairly good at the beginning but has steadily declined. Brought my car in for yearly service/8,000 miles check-up. Also, to replace windshield which had something on it since initial purchase. When I returned to pick the car up-service department was closed. As I was leaving, I noticed dash board had something like glue on it and black stuff on my driver door and along the window interior. I pointed it out to Nick in sales and he took pictures. Sent them to Adam. Left. Never heard back from anyone. About a week later I stopped by to follow up. Spoke with Adam. Received an apology. Attempt was made to remove stuff. Couldn't so he said he would get back to me to set up time to bring the car in again for repair. To date- no word. I'm anything but a demanding customer. Just would like follow up and resolution on matters. More

Not service but Sales Manager The issue is not with Adam, the "service dept" since we only had to get the second key and the tires rotated. Adam had to refer us to the Sales Manag The issue is not with Adam, the "service dept" since we only had to get the second key and the tires rotated. Adam had to refer us to the Sales Manager. The issue was Dimi, the Sales Manager's attitude when we notified him that the passenger seat had a problem & we asked it be fixed but he offered to patch it. There was no other solution offered nor did he want to do anything except what he offered. His whole approach was confrontational,& threatening. We do not need to be treated in such a manner. He actually tried to intimate. When we said we will contact corporate to see if they can help resolve it, sarcastic reply was "You will just get referred by to me" A very bad experience. Fortunately we contacted someone else who helped resolved the issue. No thanks to him. So we will see how that works out before commenting on the future. More
