Many appointments for the same problem I almost feel conflicted on this rating. The service manager I have been dealing with is a great guy and very customer centric. The problem I have i I almost feel conflicted on this rating. The service manager I have been dealing with is a great guy and very customer centric. The problem I have is partially the quality of the vehicle (2015 CLA 250), and partially what I consider the quality of the repair received. I have experienced: Multiple appointments to deal with engine noise, on the third trip after being presented with a video where the noise could clearly be heard they replaced some fuel delivery components. This issue persists. Multiple appointments to address bluetooth issues, each time the problem was reproduced and considered repaired (upgrades to software, mic replacements, audio adjustments, etc) problem exists to this day. Mulitple appointments to have the spoiler replaced, left edge of the spoiler pops up and the have to order, paint and replace each time. On my third spoiler and is showing the same symptom. As I mentioned in the beginning of this review, I like the people, I just don't have time to deal with what I consider to be a combination of vehicle quality and MB of EDH lacking qualified or detail oriented technicians. MB of El Dorado Hills Service Dept has my vote of confidence I have always been treated well and honestly with all service requirements on my three Mercedes Benz. Two are vintage vehicles (10+ years old) that j I have always been treated well and honestly with all service requirements on my three Mercedes Benz. Two are vintage vehicles (10+ years old) that just keep going with routine services and the occasional repairs. My newest MB a 2012 ML350 has now just exceeded its extended warranty but I have confidence it will continue to be trouble free with continued service with recommendation from my service manager Daniel Clark.
