New tires were supposed be ordered for my car, but was informed hours after dropping my car off that they didn't get the tires. Being that this was a Saturday, they told me I could leave the car or pick i informed hours after dropping my car off that they didn't get the tires. Being that this was a Saturday, they told me I could leave the car or pick it up. I chose to leave it till Monday as they would work on it first thing. Well on Monday by late morning I still hadn't been called with an update so I called. I was told they got the wrong tires and would have them on Tuesday. I got the car and new tires on Tuesday, but was a very poor experience when other service appointments I've had here were good. Call it a one off? If it had only been a one day delay, I might agree, but a two day delay is not acceptable. More

It was a disaster from the beginning. The only true courteous employee was the lady who took my request for an appointment over the phone. The others in the service dept. only seemed interested in how courteous employee was the lady who took my request for an appointment over the phone. The others in the service dept. only seemed interested in how they were going to charge me before it was even diagnosed. They wanted $1500 for a repair that I had done elsewhere for just over $200! Needless to say I will never be going back there for anything! More
