The 3 stars is because I was sent away without the problem being fixed. There wasn't an effort made by calling another service department or perhaps a main information center to get help. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because we have worked with Don before and he is always nice and helpful. The other reason is Mr.Taylor, the manager was great in an effort to help with this issue. Although it is still not fixed only because of me and Covid, I have hopes that it will be. More
