Every time I go for my recommended routine service they never have my reservation in the system. They seem to have great service techs that get the job done! They are lacking in the way appointments are never have my reservation in the system. They seem to have great service techs that get the job done! They are lacking in the way appointments are being handled. When I received my reminder to get my car serviced for it’s recommended mileage I had called to get an appointment but couldn’t get ahold of them by way of phone, so I was forced on using the system by way of their link to set up an appointment. That didn’t work, because when I showed up for my appointment it was not in the system. This has happened repeatedly since I’ve been taking my car. Mercedes might be a great car but this dealership is lacking in its ability to satisfy customer needs. More

We spent about $800 to repair the rear hatch closing mechanism. It worked for several weeks and them quit again. When we returned it for warranty repair we were told it was an additional mechanism neede mechanism. It worked for several weeks and them quit again. When we returned it for warranty repair we were told it was an additional mechanism needed and that would be another $450. That was approved and upon completion we were told it really wasn't the second part. We then negotiated a reduced price for the additional work More
