Staff was extermely Friendly...But they tried to rip me off. I brought in my 2016 Mercedes in as I was having issues with the moon roof. After examining the issue, I was told the entire system would need to be I brought in my 2016 Mercedes in as I was having issues with the moon roof. After examining the issue, I was told the entire system would need to be replaced, which would cost $2,700. I went to a European car specialist mechanic and he stated the issue was a $99 piece. They charged me for the piece and an hour labor for a total of 235. So yes, the Mercedes Dealership staff extremely friendly and response. But I'd rather take rude and honest over nice and lying any day. More

I brought my car to the MB El Dorado Hills location to complete service B maintenance on 6/20/2020. I was told that I would need to replace the 2 back tires after only 18,000 miles. I was told that it wou complete service B maintenance on 6/20/2020. I was told that I would need to replace the 2 back tires after only 18,000 miles. I was told that it would cost more than $1000 by the service manager to replace 2 tires and the tires didn’t come with warranty. However, I checked the tire’s manufacturing website and it clearly stated that the tires come with warranty. Based on the warranty, I shouldn’t have to pay for the tires. I told my service manager and he continued to tell me that they don’t honor the warranty and the tires don’t come with warranty at all. This experience is very off putting and I will never buy another MB again due to this horrible experience. I gave 3 stars since the dealship was kind enough to gave me a courtesy vehicle for the day. More
