I have a 1971 coupe Benz that is in fairly good condition. I brought it to fix a problem, after spending 10k , problem was not fixed. Disappointing. Two reasons for three star rating It took Mercedes just over two years to complete passenger side Takata airbag recall. Our Toyota had the same recall and it took them only six months It took Mercedes just over two years to complete passenger side Takata airbag recall. Our Toyota had the same recall and it took them only six months to complete. Secondly, while recall work was being done I got a call stating that my engine mounts needed replacing for a cost $900 with a discount of $250. I didn’t fall for that and had car checked a few days later later a another shop where I was told that mounts were fine. I was being conned by your service people. Other than these two things you have a five star shop. More
Did not take care of issue and no followup I have been unable to get anyone at this dealership to help me with the Mercedes Me Connect app. I'm supposed to be able to remote start my new car bu I have been unable to get anyone at this dealership to help me with the Mercedes Me Connect app. I'm supposed to be able to remote start my new car but we've had it 6 months now and with numerous attempts to get them to help with the app, they just can't figure it out. I've asked them to escalate it to a troubleshooter but have received no response. I would not recommend this dealer for service. More
