Was very dissatisfied with this visit. David C. almost sold me very expensive service that was not necessary. I asked him numerous times if it needed computer programming but he insisted no I needed a new sold me very expensive service that was not necessary. Also he wanted to sell me rear brake pads and rotors. MB of Sacramento said I don’t need it. More

The problem with my car is still not corrected. The battery light continues to show, even after paying for two expensive components to be installed. poor costumer service my daughter who is a college student was borrowing our car ( ML 350) . my husband and i went to pick up the car back in Jan 2020 and drop off her new my daughter who is a college student was borrowing our car ( ML 350) . my husband and i went to pick up the car back in Jan 2020 and drop off her new car. That week before we picked up the car ( Jan 17th) she went to have to oil change in a another Mercedes dealer in Riverside CA, ( Walter's Mercedes Benz) they told us that the belt had to be replaced. they did the work and we drove the car back that Sunday. the next day we noticed the car making a noise , we took the car to your dealership which we have been going for years. they told us the belt that was installed just that past Friday, was torn and had to be replaced. We had this replaced in a authorized dealer and my understanding is that all repairs are under warranty , which your staff confirmed. So we expected that El Dorado Hills dealers would do the repair and work things out with the other dealership , but we got charged 150$ for checking the car and we had to deal with the other dealership to get our refund( which they did and they were very helpful), but b/c of this we took the car somewhere else to get repaired. More
