The International Autos Group is a family owned and operated group of dealerships. The owner of the organization is Ralph Mauro, the son of Frank Mauro, who purchased his original dealership in 1968.
Frank Mauro left behind quite a legacy and one that included instilling strong work ethics in Ralph. In turn, Ralph instilled those hard work ethics in his son, Francis, who became the third-generation of the Mauro family to join the auto industry. International Autos features the best of the world's import and domestic manufacturers. With an ever-changing selection, one is sure to find a vehicle that fits their list of wants and needs.
The International Autos Group is one of the largest retailers of new and pre-owned vehicles in the Midwest. Because of this volume, customers can expect not only the finest of luxury selections, but also a volume-based price which may simply not be available at smaller, single location dealerships.

I am a new Sprinter 2500 RV owner from Georgia that developed an oil leak with 2500 miles on the vehicle and could not get support from NE ILL Dealers. Andy Bogusz reinstated my faith in the MB brand developed an oil leak with 2500 miles on the vehicle and could not get support from NE ILL Dealers. Andy Bogusz reinstated my faith in the MB brand. Andy return my call and began to trouble shoot my problem. I drove 70 miles to the Elmbrook Dealership and Andy and team address my issues and provided a crash course on the vehicle. I wish all dealership had staff that had Andy's attitude and want to service the client !! Thank you Andy and Elmbrook MB Dealership. I own a home in NE Illinois but will travel to Elmbrook for all my Sprinter services needs when in Illinois. More

Upon initial request for an oil change, suggested leaving vehicle due to limited Sprinter service personnel. Upon arrival, Andy was more understanding and attempted to get vehicle done within 3 hours. Th vehicle due to limited Sprinter service personnel. Upon arrival, Andy was more understanding and attempted to get vehicle done within 3 hours. They did, but 3 hours for an oil change ? Especially when an appointment was scheduled. Minor, but no windshield sticker provided - reminder for next oil change. That’s fine. Recorded mileage and will schedule accordingly. Appreciate the multi-point inspection and subsequent suggested service. Will follow up later. Not really sure why I provide feedback. Seems like all dealer service is routinely similar, regardless of input. I guess expecting more out of Mercedes should not be anticipated. More

My car didn't start and I got a recommendation from the service department for a hauler which worked perfectly for a reasonable price.
