The International Autos Group is a family owned and operated group of dealerships. The owner of the organization is Ralph Mauro, the son of Frank Mauro, who purchased his original dealership in 1968.
Frank Mauro left behind quite a legacy and one that included instilling strong work ethics in Ralph. In turn, Ralph instilled those hard work ethics in his son, Francis, who became the third-generation of the Mauro family to join the auto industry. This is the only dealership that will not wash my van after keeping it for five days and this is my second trip in two months this is my third sprinter and the service is getting worse and worse but the after keeping it for five days and this is my second trip in two months this is my third sprinter and the service is getting worse and worse but the prices for service is going up and up and I'm OK with that but I'm not OK when they return my truck and it's dirty if Toyota was making vans I would never purchase Mercedes I don't understand why people buying Mercedes cars they are a piece of crap and then rusting in the garage More

This is my 1st and last recent interaction with this dealer (or would I say stealership). They list a Sprinter for 64K and then when I called the price INCREASED to 74K When I asked, they said it's 10 dealer (or would I say stealership). They list a Sprinter for 64K and then when I called the price INCREASED to 74K When I asked, they said it's 10K upcharge because the Sprinter is in demand. So if the Sprinter is no longer in demand would you reduce the price 10K, highly not likely. STEER AWAY from this. Just wait until this marker becomes buyers market and we'll see about this upcharge crap. More

Just bought my second car from Mercedes Benz of Elmbrook, and specifically Ms. Ivory Dabney. In my lifetime I have bought more than 30 cars, and at least 7 or 8 out of state. I have never, ever had a more and specifically Ms. Ivory Dabney. In my lifetime I have bought more than 30 cars, and at least 7 or 8 out of state. I have never, ever had a more pleasant experience buying a car as I had both times with these folks! They actually make buying a car fun! Ivory was responsive, courteous, helpful and extremely efficient. Both sales were a bit complicated but Ivory made the process a piece of cake. And both times, despite the transaction being out of state, and despite the complexity, she had me in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes! Truly amazing! I could not be happier! Highly recommended! More
