The customer service was great. The issues I had 1. Changed my seat settings on my profile 2. Didn’t perform software update 3. Changed my dashboard screen 4. Car was covered The issues I had 1. Changed my heads up settings…that was annoying 6. I specifically asked the last time I had service to go to a different profile and to please not change my seat settings. If you adjust my seat it will automatically save it in my profile “mom” 7. I really wish they performed software update because it took 30 minutes to update and I was hoping they would notice it needed an update and perform update More
This is not regarding any individual employee, but rather the policies and culture at this dealership. It is difficult to get service here, more than any other vehicle I've owned. I bought my van here the policies and culture at this dealership. It is difficult to get service here, more than any other vehicle I've owned. I bought my van here new, bought an expensive extended full service warranty, but every time anything is done it's always "well we normally would charge for this but we did it this time for free" as if they were doing me a favor. Are you kidding me. It's also astounding that my service got bumped down in priority over 6 hours, and only when I messaged them did they get it into the service bay. Standard procedure should be get it done quickly, then make it available to pick up at customer's convenience. In addition, it's currently still next to the showroom so I get harassed by salespeople every time they see me. Some of them will get in your face and try manipulation tactics. I know this because I look about 20 years younger than I really am and I have to try not to laugh in their face. The good news is the service itself is fine. I just hate coming here. More
