Steve took EXCELLENT care of my car and brought the loaner to my home - which was a HUGE help! My car was returned to me in pristine condition - cleaned inside and out! horribly rude service when checking in my car for service with Jason, Who only communicated once by text on 2/22/24. After several attempts to reach out to Jason to find out the status of my ca service with Jason, Who only communicated once by text on 2/22/24. After several attempts to reach out to Jason to find out the status of my car by phone calls, I left voicemail, text messages. No response none was returned.. I then asked for someone else to assist me other than Jason, I then spoke with Chris who is the Service manager. But Mr. Jason wanted me to know Chris is just an Service manager assistant. I didn’t ask what his position was I just didn’t want to deal with Jason. Although Chris came through in a big way he kept me on the phone checked out my paperwork looked at my coverage see what I had warranties on and told me it would be covered under that warranty he didn’t just give me his word he check and follow up with someone else before he told me. Current date 3/13/24. I’ve received a phone call from Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville it was Jason. Why? When I asked not to deal with this person any father. So Mr. Jason goes on to tell me that after three weeks almost a month of my car sitting on the lot. Jason now give me a call ready to work on my car but tells me that I need diagnostic for something that’s on the warranty and I need to pay them for diagnostic and it might not be covered. I’m gonna leave it here because for the outrageous xxxxxxxx reason Jason gave me, I’m going to have to leave this matter in the hands of my lawyer. You expect us to honor our contract with you , but you don’t want to honor your contract ,or warranties with us. Bad business!! More
