I was traveling up the east coast for vacation and started smelling fuel. I contacted 4 other dealerships to determine if they could squeeze me in for a warranty repair so that I could continue toward started smelling fuel. All 4 dealerships told me that they could not help me for at least 2 weeks, but I was 600 miles from home. When I contacted Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville, they were super friendly and accommodating. They squeezed me into their schedule, quickly found the fuel leak, kept me informed as I waited, and expertly repaired it for me in under 3 hours total.
