They had a vehicle ready with my name on it ready for the test drive. Mark Renna was super friendly and patiently answered all our questions. Once we decided on the car, Mark and Anthony worked with us to get the pricing that we were looking for. The negotiation process was transparent and respectful to both sides. Finally Brett from finance helped finish all the paperwork and successfully convinced us to buy the scheduled maintenance package.
