Great Sales experience/easy financial process at this dealer Brett came in to finalize the paperwork and he was personable and more importantly concise. Definitely recommend working with Brett. Found out that I cannot do 2 reviews for sales and finance dept, only 1 so wanted to add additional review on how great Chris was as well; It was a pleasure to deal with Chris. 2 things come to mind when I think of Chris, zero pressure and tons of patience. Was very great at communication, when we couldn't come to terms on our first visit he was still responding quickly to calls and text and while never pressuring us he took all of our back and forth in stride and was very patient and addressed all of our requirements. I would definitely recommend working Chris and plan to do so in around 39 months. More

Great Service I had my GLE recently serviced at Flemington Mercedes and it was a real pleasure to deal with their service department. At Flemington my service advisor is Jami McLaughlin who handles that whole process from scheduling the service, arranging for the loaner and getting my car back to me serviced and washed. He was able to knowledgeably answer questions (I’m well versed in vehicle speak and researched these cars prior) and most importantly, I didn’t feel swayed for a purchase on the spot. The purchase process was pleasant and again, the technology knowledge Mark had of the vehicle was almost if he wrote the manual. He worked with Jeremy Sabol to make sure I purchased what I’d be happy with at an acceptable price point. Financing was made easy by Kyle Buchecker and Nolan Santana.
