He even helped arrange a ride home for me which was a huge help. when I picked the car up - different story... the staff was distracted and careless. Lots of side chatter and disregard for our departure. We waited at the garage door to leave for over 5min while employees walked around our car and didn’t care to ask if we needed help. One employee even starred at me when I asked for help and kept walking - completely ignoring my request. Once we got help - the employee said “ok” go! And didn’t help with the door still - I had to get out and open it after he walked right past it. Night staff need to be buttoned up. More
