He even helped arrange a ride home for me which was a huge help. when I picked the car up - different story... the staff was distracted and careless. Lots of side chatter and disregard for our departure. We waited at the garage door to leave for over 5min while employees walked around our car and didn’t care to ask if we needed help. One employee even starred at me when I asked for help and kept walking - completely ignoring my request. Once we got help - the employee said “ok” go! And didn’t help with the door still - I had to get out and open it after he walked right past it. Night staff need to be buttoned up. More

From the receptionist who greeted us with a warm coffee to the manager (Jeremy) who secured for us a favorable financing, the whole team at Mercedes-Benz of Flemington was courteous, professional, and efficient. The person who took care of us throughout was George Berstler. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. He took pains to familiarize us with all the features of the new car, and made sure that we could drive safely home. In fact, in the excitement of it all, we forgot a bunch of keys at the dealership, and George cheerfully gave up his off-day to come to work the next day and return us our keys. The financial officer Kyle Buchecker was also extremely efficient, and he, George, the manager Jeremy Sabol all stayed several hours past closing time to help us . We are very glad to have gotten to know them all, and we look forward to seeing them at the next service. More
