Since the call was late I could only get thrrr after 6. Only service center employee available at that time was receptionist/secretary. She was polite and professional but not qualified to answer service quuestions. So, I’d rate post service work communication as average. More

Service plan tire replacement I was in NJ from out of state. I had a blowout of a run-flat tire for which I had a service plan. Hate this Dealership I’ve serviced my car here about 4 times total, and have never left pleased. This time around, it popped up that my car was due for service, so I hesit I’ve serviced my car here about 4 times total, and have never left pleased. This time around, it popped up that my car was due for service, so I hesitated to make the call with this dealership, but I did. On the phone making my appt. Sue in service ALAWAYS seems like she doesn’t have the time of day to do her job - something as simple as looking at the schedule and letting me know availability for days with loaner cars seems to frustrate her! So I politely said thank you and that I’d call back if I needed to book the appt. simply because her tone is just rude. I called Bridgewater, and they didn’t have any availability when I needed, so I was left with calling Sue back at Flemington and booking my appt. Sue informed me that the appt. would be about 2.5 hours long, and that was it. A week goes by, I show up to my appt. and sit down with Shane in service, who was excellent. Shane goes on to talk about how the service is going to be 4.5 hours long and cost close to $800.00 - HA!!! Seems that Sue forgot to explain that to me when making the appt. and Shane did not seem surprised to hear that I wasn’t told any of that either. So I left my car there for an oil change and refused any of the other service that was going to cost me and insane amount of money that I wasn’t expecting. This was at 9am... and I didn’t get a call that my car was finished until 4pm... for an oil change. The service dept. is very unorganized and for me the experience starts when I need to make the phone call. I would suggest hiring someone to answer the phones and book appointments that isn’t angry at the world everyday. The previous time I serviced my car there was in June 2018. Again, I had a huge issue with the way Sue spoke to me before, during, and after the appt. and a laundry list of items that went wrong with the appt. (dropped car off and was told I’d be given a loaner, no loaner available, so I was driven to the nearby Rent-a-Car and was driving a Toyota Rav4 for 3 days. After explaining my frustration with the dept. I was promised by the manager the next time I came in I’d receive a free detail... yeah that never happened. Awful, awful, awful way Mercedes carries themselves.. I had better experience with Nissan & Volkswagen when I owned them! More

Not Sure What Happened! I have utilizing this service center for years and have been very pleased. These past couple of service visit has been a nightmare! My car has been having electrical issues, I was told it was a water issue that was fixed however I had to take my car back multiple times. I am not sure if the actually point of entry has been found. After about 3 weeks I know have my vehicle; let’s hope all goes well. More
