My salesman was Gerry Leon and I have since dealt with several staff members such as Mark (product specialist), Janae (Internet coordinator), Gregg (sales manager) etc.. I can't believe that everyone I encountered while doing this transaction was A plus. I don't live near Flemington but have bought several cars out there. This is my first Mercedes and is the best luxury car and overall purchase experience that I ever had. I plan to drive one hour each way to use for them service as well because they were that good in dealing with customers and getting everything done right. They really do care about their customers and product and they don't just give lip service about this. They are really that good and I have owned 20 cars in my life including just about every luxury brand on the market. Thanks guys !!! More

Julian our sales associate spent a lot of time going over what we wanted and didn't want to come up with the best alternative for us. We were coming off of a lease and could not decide whether to purchase that vehicle, lease a new one or purchase. As it turns out a new purchase worked best for us given our desire for warranty protection and our low mileage usage characteristics. But the best part was, there was no hard-sell pressure. And, Jeremy, his manager worked with us to come up with what we feel was a very fair deal. Anthony who handled the financing, was very thorough in explaining our options for financing and add-ons, such as extended warranty, tire protection, pre-paid maintenance. And finally, Mark, the concierge who went over the vehicle and how the systems functioned spent a lot of time with us to make sure we get the most out of our vehicle's features. All in all a top notch experience. More

Premium brand has premium customer service Since owning BMW’s in the past this was our first experience with Ciocca MB. It was the most pleasureable experience at a dealership I have ever had. Shane Hoiles in service took our car in for repair for an electrical issue and ran into multiple issues so he asked if we had any water damage. Upon following up with our insurance company ,that Shane had suggested ,it was a complete loss. Shane said what he was able to do and he accomplished it with his service team. I would highly recommend Ciocca MB for everything Benz and when we look for our next car we come here first. More
