The prices are fair, coupons accepted but the service I receive from Arthur Bongiorno no matter my car issue has been consistent, professional and exceptional. Art goes above his responsibility. His white glove care included consistently contacting my insurance company, sending repeated faxes and all the while letting me know that my car would be fixed to my standards. For service he explains how/why and ensures service is noted by me to keep the car in pristine running order. Art takes the time to provide the level of service expected for a Mercedes and then supersedes that.
