Jamie went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, she is a perfectionist at her job. I called about 8:45 AM to speak with Jami. Was she able to perform my first "A" service on my 2013 GLK350 that morning? She said that it was possible and if I waited it would be about an hour and 20 minute to perform my first "A" service on my 2013 GLK350 that morning? She said that it was possible and if I waited it would be about an hour and 20 minutes including car vacuum and wash. I arrived about 9:00 AM, and waited in the service lounge with Wi-Fi so I could use my tablet to accomplish some required work. The receptionist offered coffee while I waited. In exactly on hour and 20 minutes later my freshly cleaned GLK350 was delivered to the service lounge door. All this and I had a $100 coupon that reduced the cost of the service. More

The staff is very professional, customer service is pleasant, and the dealership is very clean. I worked in Warren New Jersey and lived in the Bridgewaters area for many years, now I live in the northeast area of the poconos. I am closer to several other dealership but I prefer to drive the extra distance to come to the Flemington location. I have been here many times with 3 different MB's since Flemington opened. Although personnel have changed, service here has always been exemplary. Very nice facility, great reception staff and the since Flemington opened. Although personnel have changed, service here has always been exemplary. Very nice facility, great reception staff and the service has been accurate, efficient and priced fairly. My overall experience with Mercedes has been very satisfactory. It is the reason I have 3 of them. 2 are older and one is an ML CDI. Service is the overall indicator as to the potential longevity of ownership to me. So far so good. More
