In a process that is typically riddled with anxiety, the Ciocca Team (Specifically my salesman Nick G.) was hospitable, respectable and most importantly INFORMATIVE (not pushy) as a sales team and had me in and out within 3 hours on a Friday afternoon. That says enough. I would like to give a special thank you to everyone involved in my transaction: Greg, Ryan T. (Sales Manager), Nick. G (Sales), and Vinny J (Finance Director). Another great thing, is Vinny sold me my last car and was extremely understanding and fluid during the finance process. Great to see young people getting shot to climb and progress.
